Responsibility

• Check the seller and item yourself.
• Do not transfer money before checking the item.
• The original source may edit or delete a listing before iBazar sees it.

User-generated and public content

Some cards are created from public third-party listings. iBazar normalizes, indexes, and filters those materials, but does not guarantee price accuracy, item availability, or seller promises.

Paid plans

• Free remains free and does not limit basic search.
• Supporter and VIP are 30-day digital access plans: higher limits for favorites, saved searches, favorite sellers, and account features as they launch.
• Access starts after the payment provider confirms payment and anti-fraud review is complete. A payment may be moved to manual review when the provider reports an incomplete, disputed, or suspicious status.

Refunds and payment disputes

If a payment was duplicated, access was not activated because of a technical error, or the provider rejected the payment, contact us with the invoice number. After digital access for the paid period is activated, refunds are generally not provided except where required by law, provider rules, or a clear iBazar error. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled under the payment network and provider rules.

Prohibited content

• Do not use the site for scams, phishing, illegal goods, unsafe services, gambling, vague financial schemes, loans, or misleading recruiting.
• Do not manipulate reports, ad clicks, or buyer trust.
• Such materials may be hidden, marked as spam, or removed from public search.

Moderation

We may hide spam, outdated, unsafe, or irrelevant listings without separate notice. Moderation combines automated rules, user reports, and manual review.
